This Privacy Policy describes how Artem Gurtovoi ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the CozyLook application and website (the "Service"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Web payments are processed by Stripe, with Core Engine IT Infrastructure LLC acting as the merchant of record for those transactions. Purchases made through mobile app stores are handled by the relevant store provider (see "Sharing and Disclosure" below).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account information you provide when registering, such as your email address and authentication credentials.
  • Content you submit, upload, or generate through the Service.

  • with payment and store providers to process and verify purchases and manage subscriptions: web payments are processed by Stripe (with Core Engine IT Infrastructure LLC as merchant of record), and mobile in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play under the developer account of Artem Gurtovoi;
  • where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request;
  • to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others;
  • in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and usage. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the Service.
